Launching a Team Challenge Company-wide

Launching and Requesting Team Challenges

Team challenges are always available to launch right from within the app.

If you would like a company-wide challenge to immediately appear on your employees' account, you can request a challenge from your Wellness Coach Contact. Check out our Team Challenges Catalogue here to see what's available and please let your Wellness Coach Contact know your preferred Challenge and start date.

Viewing and Joining Challenges in the Wellness Coach App

To access your challenges, open the Wellness Coach App and scroll down to the Challenge section. Tap "View All" to see the full list of available challenges.

At the top of the screen, you'll find two tabs: All Challenges and My Launches. All Challenges displays all available challenges, while My Launches shows challenges you have created.

Challenges are categorized as follows:

• Active: Challenges you are currently participating in.
• Upcoming: Challenges that are set to begin soon, either created by your company or Community Challenges by Wellness Coach. You can Join them before they start.
• Complete: A record of challenges you have finished.

Tap on any challenge to view details or join. Let us know if you have any questions.
