If allowed, you can manually add steps and workouts to boost your progress in the challenge. To check if this option is available, review the challenge Overview in the Wellness Coach app.
You can add manually activities from our Wellness Coach app, Google Fit and Apple Health. Here are step-by-step instructions for each of them:
Wellness Coach app:
1. Open the Wellness Coach app.
2. Under Today's Progress tap on Details.
3. Head to Activities/workouts located at the bottom.
4. Lastly, tap on ADD.
Google Fit app:
1. Open the Google Fit app.
2. Locate the + option at the bottom of the app.
3. Lastly, tap on Add activity.
Apple Health app:
1. Open the Apple Health app.
2. Locate Workouts.
3. Tap on Add Data and enter your activity/workout.
