How to Get Support from ClassPass

Once you are logged in to ClassPass, all support for your account is handled directly by ClassPass, including:

  • Account access and recovery

  • Classes and services booked

  • Billing and payments

  • Adding more credits to your corporate-sponsored plan

How to Contact ClassPass Support

 You can reach support through the  ClassPass Help Center  or by using the chat box available in the ClassPass mobile or desktop app.

On Mobile

  1. Go to Profile > Settings > Support > Contact Us

  2. You’ll be redirected to the in-app help chat box.

On Desktop

  • A chat box icon is always available at the bottom left of your screen for quick access to support.


Tip: For faster assistance, have your account details (email address, billing information, or employer details for corporate plans) ready when contacting ClassPass support.
