How to sync Renpho App to Apple Health and Samsung Health App?

Welcome to your new health journey! We hope you’re enjoying your new Smart Scale. This powerful tool is designed to go beyond just weight, giving you deeper insights into your body composition and metabolic progress. By syncing your scale with your preferred health ecosystem, you can track all your vitals in one place for a truly holistic view of your health.

Please Note: Smart Scales are distributed as part of specific program tiers and are subject to availability based on your geographic location.

 

Downloading the Renpho Health app

First, download the Renpho Health app on your mobile device using the links below:

 

Sync Renpho Health app with Apple Health

  1. Open the "Health" app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap on the "Data Sources"
  3. Select "RENPHO" from the sources list.
  4. RENPHO will synchronize the following data with Apple Health once you connect. You can customize what you want to share using the switches on the right.

 

For iOS 13 or above versions, please use the following steps to sync with Apple Health:

  1. Open the "Health" App on your iPhone, click the user image at the top right corner
  2. Select “Apps” under Privacy and select “Renpho”
  3. Enable all categories to allow the Renpho App to transfer data to Apple Health
  
 

Sync with Samsung Health (Samsung Health is only for Android phone)

  1. Tap on the “Settings” icon “” at the top right corner of the “My Account” screen.
  2. Under “Settings”, tap on “Samsung Health”.
  3. After you log in your Samsung Health account, please go back to the Authorization page. Now please switch on the “Samsung Health” button again, then it will pop up the specific information to access authority, ensure all permissions are enabled, then click confirm. Try using the app again; Data from the RENPHO app should now sync with Samsung Health.
