Nutrition by Wellness Coach is a powerful feature that helps users track meals, gain insights, and improve their health. With meal logging, personalized nutrition plans, and AI-powered tracking, users can seamlessly maintain a healthier lifestyle.

  • The Nutrition feature is located at the top of your homepage under the "Today’s Progress" section.
 

Getting Started

Step 1: Set Up Your Personalized Nutrition Plan

Answer a few questions to receive tailoredcalorie and macronutrient recommendations for healthy eating.
  • Optionally include GLP-1 usage or blood test results for deeper insights.

Step 2: Log Your Meals with Multiple Methods

You can log meals using various options:
  • Snap a Photo for instant analysis
  • Upload from Your Library
  • Scan a Barcode for precise nutritional data
  • Pick from Saved Meals

  • Each meal is instantly analyzed to provide macronutrient and calorie insights.

Extended: Step-by-Step Guide: Logging, Tracking, and Editing Meals

1. Log a meal - Now you are ready to start tracking your nutrition!

On the home screen tap on the “Log a meal” icon

2. Snap a photo of your meal- Your camera will activate, allowing you to capture a real-time photo of your meal.

Note: You can also upload a previously taken photo of your meal by tapping on the Nutrition by Wellness Coach icon, clicking on “+ Add Meal Log”, clicking on the camera icon, and selecting “Pick from your album”.

3. Your meal will be analyzed within seconds and instantly logged- You’ll see the four primary macros or micros you’ve chosen to display on your home screen for quick insights at any time.

4. You will be redirected to a details page - Here you can view all the information from the meal you just logged.

What you can do on the Meal Details Page:

Once redirected to the meal details page, you have full control over your logged meal, where you can:

  1. Save your favorite meals by tapping the bookmark icon.
  2. Edit the date/time by tapping the pencil icon.
  3. Adjust portion sizes with 0.5 decimal increments for precise tracking.
  4. Modify nutritional facts if needed.
  5. View full nutritional details for deeper insights.
  6. Rate your experience and accuracy to help improve AI predictions.
  7. Update results by tapping "Update Results" at the bottom, tell our AI what to change, for example: "I only ate half of this meal."

Access All Your Meal Details Anytime (Nutrition Page)

To view your logged meals and nutrition insights, simply tap on the "Nutrition by Wellness Coach" section under Today's Progress on your home screen. 

On this page, you can see details of all the meals you've tracked in the last 24 hours. Here’s what you can do:

  1. Scroll through your meal history using the calendar to easily view and edit past logs.
  2. See your total macros and micros from all logged meals for the day.
  3. Add a new meal log by tapping the "+ Add Meal Log" button at the bottom. You will be redirected to your 4 options to log a meal.
  4. Edit any meal by tapping the pencil icon.
  5. Delete a meal by tapping the trash icon.

Explore More Options to Enhance Your Experience

In the Nutrition page, tap on the three dots at the top left corner to access additional features:

  1. Edit your nutrition goals and answers from the questions you answered at the beginning.
  2. Reorder nutrition settings for a personalized view.
  3. Export data for your nutrition coaching sessions.
  4. Access your saved meals for quick logging.
  5. Set meal reminders to stay on track.

How to Set Meal Reminders:

  • On the Nutrition page, tap the three dots in the top left corner.
  • Select “Set Meal Reminder” from the menu.
  • You’ll be redirected to the Reminders page.
  • Choose the time that works best for you and set your reminder.
