Recovering Your ClassPass Account (Forgot Login Info)

If you cannot remember your ClassPass login credentials, follow the steps below to recover your account and then connect it to your company’s sponsored plan.

Step 1: Information You’ll Need

ClassPass will ask you to provide at least 4 out of the following 6 details to help locate your account:

  • First and last name

  • Last 4 digits of the card on file

  • Billing ZIP/postal code

  • Phone number (with country code)

  • Any email address previously used with ClassPass

  • Membership city

Step 3: Message Template for Chat Support

When connecting with a support agent, you can copy and paste the message below and update it with your details:

“I was informed by my employer that I now have access to a company plan where credits will be sponsored for me. Since I already had a ClassPass account in the past, I was told I first need to log in to that account. However, I do not remember my credentials.

Please assist me in recovering my account. Here is the information I remember that may help locate it: [Type any information you remember, from the list above]

Here is my corporate plan information:
• Company Name: [Company Name]
• Employer Code: [Employer Code]
• Work Email: [Work Email]

Once recovered, please connect it to my company’s plan.
I do not wish to upgrade at this moment.”


Tip: The more details you can provide from the list in Step 1, the faster the support team can help recover your account.

Step 5: Wait for Confirmation

Once your account is recovered and verified, the ClassPass team will finalize the transition and notify you when your corporate membership is active.

  • Under Account, you will see the credits plan sponsored by your employer.

  • Go to Account > Settings > Info to confirm that both your personal email and your work email are linked.
