Follow these steps to make sure you can smoothly access Wellness Coach on Android devices.
If Mozilla Firefox is your default browser on your phone, you can follow these steps using this link to ensure it allows native apps to run smoothly. Click Here.
For Google Chrome, make sure to have the following settings set properly.
Set Chrome as Default Browser:
- Go to your device's settings.
- Search for "default apps" and select "Choose Default Apps."
- Click on "Browser app."
- Select Chrome from the list of available browsers.
Next, set Defaults for the Wellness Coach app:
- Long press on the Wellness Coach (WC) app icon and click on the info icon to open App info. In the defaults section, ensure "In This App" is visible. If not:
- Click on "Set as defaults." and enable the switch in front of "Open Supported Links."
Next, clear Chrome Cache:
- Open the Chrome app on your Android device.
- Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner.
- Select "History" from the menu.
- Tap "Clear browsing data" at the bottom.
- Select "All time" as the time range.
- Tap "Clear data" to confirm.
Restart the Device:
- After clearing the cache, restart your device to ensure the changes take effect.
By following these steps, you can improve the chances of successful redirection from the browser to the Wellness Coach app after SSO login.
