      Syncing Google Fit Data with Health Connect

      Health Connet enables the Wellness Coach app to access your health data like steps, activities, calories, and more from your Google Fit app, making it easy to monitor your wellness in one place.

      Check out this brief video tutorial on setting up Health Connect:

       
       
      Once you’ve completed the setup above, try the following steps in your Google Fit app:
      1. Open the Google Fit app.

      2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner (to the left of your profile picture).

      3. Toggle the switch next to the Health Connect label.

      4. Click the Setup button at the bottom right.

      5. Allow all necessary permissions on the following screen.
      6. Once you've granted all permissions, you’ll see a confirmation screen indicating that your app is successfully connected to Health Connect!
