Health Connect: Syncing Health Data to Wellness Coach (Android)

Google Health Connect is a platform that allows you to gather health data from multiple sources, such as Google Fit, Samsung Health, Oura Ring, Withings, and MyFitnessPal, into one place.

Health Connect enables the Wellness Coach app to access your health app data like steps, activities, calories, and more from these sources, making it easy to monitor your wellness in one place

Here is how to Set Up Google Health Connect on Android:

  1. Download Health Connect: If you're using an Android version below 14, download Health Connect from the Google Play Store.
  2. Open the Wellness Coach App: Launch the Wellness Coach app on your android device.
  3. Enable Health Connect on Wellness Coach:
  • Go to the Me tab-bottom right corner.
  • Select Sync.
  • Toggle on Health Connect by clicking the switch next to it.

Note: During the permission setup, be sure to choose your preferred health apps along with Wellness Coach. Select "Allow All" to ensure these apps can be displayed under the "Allowed Access" section. This will enable seamless integration and optimal functionality.
