      Syncing Polar Flow app with Health Connect

      Health Connect enables the Wellness Coach app to access your health data like steps, activities, and more from your Polar Flow app, making it easy to monitor your wellness in one place.

      Check out this brief video tutorial on setting up Health Connect:

       

       

      Once you’ve completed the setup above, try the following steps in your Polar Flow app:

      1. Open the Polar Flow app:
      2. Tap on the Menu icon on the top left corner.
      3. Tap on General Settings
      4. Scroll down until you see Health Connect.
      5. Make sure is toggled on and allow all necessary permissions.
