Terra: Syncing Health Data to Wellness Coach

By connecting through Terra, you can seamlessly import your activity data into Wellness Coach without needing to manually enter your workouts.

To connect your device using the Terra integration:

Open the Wellness Coach app on your Android or iOS device.
Tap Me in the bottom-right corner.
Under Connected Apps & Devices, tap Sync.
Tap Connect More Devices to launch the Terra integration.
Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your preferred device or fitness app.
