      Troubleshooting 403 Errors During OKTA SSO Login for Wellness Coach

      If you're encountering a 403 Forbidden error stating ‘'You do not have permission to access this page'' while attempting to log in to Wellness Coach through OKTA SSO, here are the top scenarios that may be causing the issue.

      1. iCloud Private Relay enabled for iOS Users

      • What is iCloud Private Relay? iCloud Private Relay is a privacy feature that hides your real IP address when browsing the web. It routes your traffic through two servers, making it harder for websites to track your location and browsing habits.

      • Why Does This Cause a 403 Error? If a security setting blocks proxies, users with iCloud Private Relay enabled may receive a 403 Forbidden error during login attempts.

      How to Disable iCloud Private Relay:

      1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.

      2. Tap on your Apple ID (your name) at the top.

      3. Select iCloud.

      4. Tap on Private Relay.

      5. Toggle Private Relay to off.

       
      2. IP Blocking
