Are you seeing a $0 balance when trying to redeem your Gifted.co gift card? Don’t worry, here’s a quick guide to help you bypass that and successfully redeem your reward.
This issue is currently being reviewed by the Gifted.co support team as part of their ongoing efforts to improve the redemption experience.
1. Once you receive the email confirming your gift is ready for redemption, tap on the “Select Your Gift” button to get started.
2. Next, just tap the three-line menu icon in the top right corner, then select 'View All'. You’ll then see the available gift card and the option to choose your country. Simply select your country, and the correct balance will show up
