Using the Wellness Coach Android App in China

Because Google services are restricted in mainland China, the Android version of the Wellness Coach app will not work without a VPN. We recommend installing a reliable VPN if you need to use Wellness Coach on your Android device or laptop. iOS users are not impacted by these restrictions, and the Wellness Coach app works normally on iPhones in China. iOS user can click here to login

Using a China-based App Store

We are actively working on making the Wellness Coach Android app available on China-approved app stores such as:

• Huawei AppGallery

• Tencent AppStore

• Xiaomi Market

This distribution method is coming soon. Once available, users in China will be able to install the app directly from these stores without needing Google Play.

Company-Managed or Enterprise Installation

If your organization manages your mobile device, your IT team may also provide the app through:

• Mobile Device Management (MDM)

• Direct company distribution

Please follow the instructions provided by your employer or IT support.
