Adding Wellness Coach to Microsoft Teams

  1. Click on Apps in the Teams sidebar
  2. Search for “Wellness Coach”
  3. Click Open to launch Wellness Coach
  4. Browse meditations, join challenges, schedule coaching, and track wellness goals, all within Teams

 

How to pin Wellness Coach for easy access?

  1. Open Wellness Coach on Teams
  2. Right-click the app tab at the top or in the left sidebar
  3. Click on Pin
  4. It now stays visible and accessible with one click on your navigation bar.
