Can I keep my Wellness Coach access if I leave my company or if the corporate-sponsored benefit ends?
If your organization’s partnership with Wellness Coach is concluding, or if you are moving on to a new role elsewhere, you can easily continue your wellness journey! To maintain your progress, you can transition to an individual plan by updating your account to a personal email address.
Note: If you invited Connections (family and friends) to Wellness Coach through your employer-sponsored account, their premium access will also end when the corporate partnership or your employment does. However, they can continue their benefits by setting up their own individual subscriptions at wellnesscoach.live.
How to keep your history and progress: Before your corporate access is deactivated, you and your referrals should update the email address in your Wellness Coach app settings to ensure you don't lose your activity history. Simply go to More, select Profile, and click Edit to change your email to a personal one.
Once updated, you will enjoy a 30-day limited trial. After the trial, you can purchase an individual subscription at wellnesscoach.live using your updated email to unlock all premium features and coaching options again.
