How to Add Dependents to Your Wellness Coach Account: Complete Guide

Easily add your dependents so they can access Wellness Coach resources, tools, and benefits your employer provides, like the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Whether it’s your spouse, child, or dependent parent, they can all benefit.

How to Flyer Dependents

Add Dependents to Your Wellness Coach Account:

1. Go to Share Access: On the Home Page scroll down to ''Share Access'' and tap on “Dependents” 

2. Fill out the form: With your dependent’s information, ensuring their email is correct.

3. Submit Form: An invitation will be emailed directly to your dependent

 

NOTE: Once your dependent accepts invitation they will receive the information to create their personal Wellness Coach account. 

Editing or deleting your ''Dependents''

To edit or delete a dependent, locate the desired contact and tap the three dots on the right side.
