      Getting Started with Wellness Coach for Admins

      Welcome aboard! This guide is for team administrators who are ready to set up Wellness Coach and introduce it to their employees. Follow the steps below to get everything running smoothly.

      Category 1: Get Started as an Admin

      This section helps team admins configure their portal before launching it to their team.

       

      Step 1: Add Additional Admin Seats

      Empower other team leaders by giving them admin access:

      • Go to Roles & Permissions

      • Click +Create Role, then enter the Role and tap on Create.

      Tip: You can always update permissions under the Roles & Permissions tab.

       

      Step 2: Download Wellness Coach and Start Exploring

      Take a tour of the platform before your team jumps in:

      • Download the app from the App Store or Google Play

      • Log in with your admin credentials

      • Explore coaching, programs, challenges, and more. For more information click here.

      Category 2: Launch Wellness Coach to Your Team

      Now you're ready to roll Wellness Coach out to your employees!

       

      Step 1: Add Employee Licenses to Your Plan

      • Go to the Plans tab and under Your Products

      • Click Add Licenses, then select how many Licenses you need to add.

      • Complete payment (if required)

      Tip: Licenses activate instantly and can be reassigned if needed.

       

      Step 2: Invite Employees

      • Head to User Management and tap on Invite users.

      • Add employees manually.

      • Click Send Invitations – they'll receive access via email

      Tip: Monitor invite activations in real time on your dashboard.

       

      Step 3: Help Your Team Get Started

      Guide your team with simple instructions:

      • Ask them to download the Wellness Coach app from the App Store or Google Play

      • They should log in using their work email

      • They'll gain access to coaching, wellness programs, and daily tracking.

      • Lastly, they can sync their favorite fitness app to Wellness Coach. For more information: Click here.
