How do I add sessions to my Favorites and access them later?

Save any on-demand sessions or audio books to your Favorites to save for later!

Here's a quick video on how to favorite a session: 

 

Mobile App:
1. Launch the Wellness Coach app on your phone.
2. Find the content you'd like to save, then tap the heart icon to add it to your Favorites.
3. Navigate to the More section located in the bottom-right corner.
4. Select Favorites to view and access all your saved content.
 
 
Web browser version of Wellness Coach:
1. Launch the Web broswer version Wellness Coach on your phone.
2. Find the content you'd like to save, then tap the heart icon to add it to your Favorites.
4. Navigate to the left dropdown menu and select Favorites to view and access all your saved content.
