How do I launch a challenge?

Follow the steps to launch your own challenge from any Wellness Coach app.

1. On the home screen of the Wellness Coach mobile or desktop app, visit the challenge section to launch your own challenge anytime. 
2. Click the Get Started Button if you have no current challenges.
3. Once you reach the Launch-A-Challenge page, you can scroll down to pick a preset challenge. You can filter the options by category and duration.
4. You can click on challenges to preview the description. Once you find the challenge you want to start, click “Select Challenge.”
5. Next, you can pick how people participate in your challenge. You can choose if you want to compete individually or on 2 teams. If you select 2 Teams, you can choose your names! You can also allow or not allow those you invite to allow others to share the challenge.
6. Next, you must select a start date. Since you already select the length of the challenge in the first step, you can see when the challenge will last on a calendar. When you selected your start date in the white circle, click “Next Step” at the bottom of the screen.
7. In this final step, you can review your selected challenge and details. If you want to edit anything, you can click the pencil icon to return to that step. When everything is set, click the “Launch My Challenge” button.
8. Congratulations! Your challenge will start on your chosen start date. You can now invite others if you would like.
9. Follow the screen’s instructions to press the “Copy Link” button and paste it into any conversation, email, or app to invite anyone to join your challenge. 

Disclaimer: If you invite people who don’t have the Wellness Coach, it will prompt them to download the Wellness Coach app, sign in, and then join your challenge. You can invite anyone to join anytime before the challenge ends. You can review the details in your challenge’s Overview tab.

If you want to change any details, you must cancel the challenge and launch a new one. At this time, you can not edit the description when launching a challenge.
