We're excited to share that you can now book a live support session with a Customer Support Specialist at Wellness Coach using Roam! Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get started.
What is Roam?
Roam is a simple, easy-to-use booking tool that allows you to directly schedule time with a real person from our Customer Support team whenever you need help. Whether you have questions about using the app, accessing features, troubleshooting an issue, or anything else. Roam makes it easy to get the support you need, fast.
1. Click the Support Link
Once you click this support link, you'll land on the booking page to meet with Julian Ramirez, Customer Support Specialist.
If support is available at your time of contact, you can simply tap on the "Drop-in Now" button and enter your details for a quick 15 minute live support session.
Enter your Name and choose to meet with the Roam Web app or the Roam App.
If live support isn’t available right now, no worries! You can simply choose a date and time that works best for you to book a session. Here’s how:
2. Select a Date & Time

Choose an available day from the calendar.

Click on your preferred time slot.
🕒 All sessions are 15-minute drop-ins.
3. Fill In Your Details

Enter your name, email, and any optional notes.

Click “Schedule Event” to confirm your booking.
4. Confirmation
You're all set! You'll see a confirmation screen with your appointment details. A calendar invite will also be sent to your email.
