How to force sync my Activities or Workouts on my Wellness Coach app?

If you notice that your activities aren't showing up on the Wellness Coach app during your wellness journey, we'd love to help you force sync them. This option lets the app pull your data again, ensuring everything gets recorded properly.

To force sync:
  1. Open the app and tap on 'Details' under Today's Progress.
  2. Then tap on 'Activities.'
  3. Finally, tap on 'Sync Activities' below.
