      What should I do if I missed a Live Group Coaching Session?

      If you missed a Live Group Session, look out for the Replay in the app. Follow the next steps to find the replays on the Mobile app and Web app.

      If you miss a Live Group Coaching Session, the recording (or "Replay") might be uploaded to the Wellness Coach App within 2 business days. You can access it from the home screen's "Replays" section or find it under its respective wellness category in the Explore tab. NOTE: not all Replays will be added to the app.

       
      Mobile App:
      1. Launch the Wellness Coach App.
      2. Tap the Explore button at the bottom of the screen.
      3. Select Replay to find and watch any missed sessions or other valuable content.
       
       
       
      Web browser version of Wellness Coach:
      1. Launch the Wellness Coach web version: Here
      2. Tap the Explore button located on the left side of the page.
