      Syncing Aura Health app Data with Health Connect

      Health Connet enables the Wellness Coach app to access your health data like steps, activities, calories, and more from your Aura Health app, making it easy to monitor your wellness in one place.

      Check out this brief video tutorial on setting up Health Connect:

       
       
      Once you’ve completed the setup above, try the following steps in your Aura Health app:
      1. Go to the Icon Bars Menu.png menu in the upper left-hand corner of the Oura App's Home tab
      2. Tap Settings
      3. Under "Data Sharing," tap Health Connect
      • If you don't already have Health Connect downloaded on your device, follow the prompt to download and install it

      4. Use the toggles to select which data to share between your Oura App and Health Connect

      5. Adjust the data sharing permissions at any time by going to Settings > Data Sharing > Health Connect > Open Health Connect.
