How to Navigate and Join Team Coaching Session: Complete Guide

You can join private team coaching sessions with your team, including group meditations, workouts, discussions, or workshops hosted by a Certified Expert Coach.

Step-by-Step Guide: Join a Team Coaching Session

  1. Any available or upcoming team coaching sessions for your organization will be listed under the Group Coaching section. Click "Group Coaching"in the sidebar or scroll down to locate the section.Screenshot 2026-08-25 at 2.12.09 PM

  2. To identify your team coaching session, look for your company's name displayed directly in the header of the session card.Screenshot 2026-08-25 at 2.25.23 PM
  3. Click on a session to open the overview pop-up. From there, click "Attending" to join, and click "Add to Calendar"so you don't miss it.Screenshot 2026-08-25 at 2.25.33 PM
