Preparing for your Upcoming Personal Coaching Session: 

Get ready to make the most of your upcoming coaching session with a few simple tips:

  • Block out time on your calendar, so you're all set to be on time.
  • Fill out your pre-session questionnaire, giving your coach a heads-up on what you're hoping to achieve. 
  • Find a quiet spot, ensuring you can hear your coach clearly and avoid distractions.
  • Double-check your microphone and location.
  • If you're turning on your camera, make sure everything's good to go (but it's okay If you'd rather keep it off).
  • If you've got a workout or yoga session lined up, wear something comfy that lets you stretch, sweat, and move around.
  • Make sure you have enough space to keep up with the exercises. 

Do I have to turn my camera on?
 

No, we want you to be comfortable in your session. Your coach will have their camera on, however, it is your choice to have your camera on.
