Why aren't my steps syncing from the Fitbit app to Wellness Coach?

If you've hit a road block with syncing your steps from the Fitbit app to Wellness Coach, don't worry, we've got your back. Here are some friendly tips to help you troubleshoot and get those steps syncing smoothly again

First things first, make sure your steps have synced from your Fitbit Watch to the Fitbit app.

 

Re-establish a new connection with the Fitbit app:

1. Open the Wellness Coach app.

2. Tap on ''More'', located at the bottom right corner.

3. Tap on ''Activity Trackers'' and turn the Fitbit option off and then back on(Green).

            

Note: If you're seeing your steps popping up on your Fitbit app and you've already given the green light with permissions, awesome! Now, let's give syncing a little nudge, by force syncing from the Wellness Coach app. 

 

To force sync:

1. Open the Wellness Coach App.
2. Under Today's Progress tap on the step icon.
3. At the bottom right-hand corner you will locate the SYNC button.
