The "Today's Progress" feature in the app is like your personal wellness tracker. It helps you visualize and monitor all the ways you're staying active and healthy.
You can set your own daily goals, whether it's a certain number of Steps, Mindful Minutes, Water intake, Sleep, Active Calories, and Activities.
Check out the "Today's Progress" section on the home screen—it’s right under the daily meditation.
How to edit your Goals:
Follow the steps below to customize your goals:
- From the home screen of the Wellness Coach mobile app, find the Today's Progress section of the home screen below the Daily Wellness.
- Press either the Steps or Details option to view your Daily Goals.
- At the bottom of this screen, press the EDIT GOALS button.
- When all of your goals are set, press Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.
Web broswer version of Wellness Coach:
- From the home screen of the Wellness Coach mobile app, find the Today's Progress section of the home screen below the Daily Wellness.
- Press either the Steps or Details option to view your Daily Goals.
- At the bottom of this screen, press the EDIT GOALS button.
