How to Book a Personal Coaching Session:
Watch this video or read the steps below on how to book your first Personal Coaching Session:
- Click on the Personal Coaching section on the home page of the Wellness Coach app. You can also click the Coaching tab at the bottom of the home screen in the Wellness Coach mobile app. You will be taken to the Discover section within Personal Coaching. This is the best way to find a new coach you have yet to meet with before or to book your first session.
- Scroll down to check out our wide variety of Personal Coaching areas of focus. Once you have found one that piques your interest, click on it to review the coaches available and certified for that focus.
- Select any coach to open their profile, review their credentials and watch their intro video if available.
- Once you decide which coach you would like to meet, you can book your session directly with the calendar below their profile.
- Find a date and time that works best for you.
- Review the details of your session and click “Confirm” to schedule your session.
- Follow the reminders below to prepare for your Personal Coaching session.
